Shivalik Bimetal Appoints New Statutory & Tax Auditors

Shivalik Bimetal Controls Ltd announced key changes in its audit functions following a Board of Directors meeting on August 6, 2026. The company accepted the resignation of M/s. Arora Gupta & Co. as Statutory Auditors and appointed M/s. Walker Chandiok & Co LLP to fill the casual vacancy until the upcoming AGM, with a proposed five-year term thereafter. M/s. Malik S. & Co. has been appointed as the Tax Auditor for FY 2026-27. The Board also approved the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q1 FY27 and scheduled the 42nd AGM for September 2, 2026. Additionally, a record date of August 26, 2026, was fixed for final dividend payment for FY 2025-26.
