Simplex Papers Sells Land for ₹25 Lakhs

Simplex Papers Limited has executed a sale deed for the sale of land pertaining to its closed Paper Plant in Gondia, Maharashtra, for a total consideration of Rs. 25,00,000. The land did not contribute any turnover or revenue in the last financial year. The buyers are Mr. Mohammed Yasin Ashimuddin Sheikh and Ms. Nusrat Parvin Zahid Khan Pathan, and they do not belong to the promoter/promoter group/group companies. The transaction is not a related party transaction and is outside any Scheme of Arrangement. Member approval for the sale was obtained at the AGM held on August 4, 2026.
