Sonata Software Board to meet Aug 6 for Q1 FY27 results & dividend

Sonata Software Ltd. announced that its Board of Directors will convene on August 6, 2026. The primary agenda includes considering and approving the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Additionally, the Board will consider declaring an interim dividend for the financial year 2026-27. Any declared interim dividend will be subject to Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) as per the Income Tax Act, 2025, with communications to shareholders regarding appropriate TDS rates.
