Sterlite Technologies: MD Re-appointed, New CHRO Appointed

Sterlite Technologies Ltd's Board of Directors has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Ankit Agarwal as Managing Director for a period of five consecutive years, from October 8, 2026, to October 7, 2031. This re-appointment is subject to the approval of the company's shareholders. Additionally, the Board has appointed Ms. Anshu Mordia as the Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO), effective April 29, 2026. Mr. Ankit Agarwal is the son of Mr. Pravin Agarwal, the Vice Chairman of the Company. Both individuals bring extensive experience to their respective roles, with Mr. Agarwal having led STL's growth for over 15 years and Ms. Mordia bringing two decades of HR leadership experience from various industries.
