STL re-appoints MD Ankit Agarwal; appoints Anshu Mordia as CHRO

Sterlite Technologies Ltd's Board of Directors has re-appointed Mr. Ankit Agarwal as Managing Director, designated as Key Managerial Personnel, for a period of five consecutive years from October 8, 2026, to October 7, 2031. This re-appointment is subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, the Board approved the appointment of Ms. Anshu Mordia as Chief Human Resource Officer, considered as Senior Management Personnel, effective April 29, 2026. Mr. Agarwal has been instrumental in STL's growth and global expansion over 15 years and is the son of Mr. Pravin Agarwal, Vice Chairman. Ms. Mordia brings nearly two decades of experience in organizational transformation and workforce strategy from various industries.
