STL Networks Petition Against BSNL Dismissed by Delhi HC

STL Networks Ltd has announced that its petition against Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, has been dismissed by the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi. The petition sought to set aside the arbitral award dated May 09, 2023. The company is evaluating options to file an appeal against the order. STL Networks states that the dismissal has no immediate financial impact.
