The shareholders, Mr. Sudhir Vrundavandas Valia, Mrs. Raksha Sudhir Valia, and Mrs. Krishna Vrundavandas Valia, collectively hold 1.85% of the company's shares. The company will examine these requests in accordance with SEBI regulations and place them before the Board of Directors for consideration.
