TCS Acquires 100% of BBY Services India LLP for ₹1 Lakh

Tata Consultancy Services Limited (TCS) has announced the acquisition of a 100% partnership interest in BBY Services India LLP, a Bengaluru-based firm specializing in Engineering, Data & Analytics, and AI capabilities. The acquisition, valued at INR 1 Lakh, is aimed at establishing an AI Native Capability Center, enhancing AI-led transformation capabilities, and generating incremental revenue. BBY India has approximately 450 employees. The transaction is not a related party transaction and is expected to be completed within 3-4 weeks, subject to fulfilling conditions precedent. The company's Investment Committee approved the acquisition today.
