Tata Motors Subsidiary Acquires 89.42% Stake in Iveco Group

TML CV Holdings B.V., an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Motors, has successfully completed its voluntary tender offer for all common shares of Iveco Group N.V. The offer resulted in TML CV Holdings B.V. acquiring 238,157,212 common shares, representing approximately 89.42% of Iveco Group's common share capital. The total value of the tendered shares, based on the amended offer price, is EUR 3,429,463,852.80. With the offer now unconditional, Tata Motors, through its subsidiary, has significantly increased its stake in Iveco Group.
