Tata Power Mundra Plant Directions Validity Extended to Dec 31

Tata Power Company Ltd has announced an extension for the validity of directions issued under Section 11 of the Electricity Act, 2003, for its Mundra Thermal Plant. Originally set to expire on September 30, 2026, the validity has been further extended by the Ministry of Power, Government of India, and will now remain in force until December 31, 2026.
