United Breweries Commissions New Canning Line at Ellora Brewery

United Breweries Limited (UBL) has commissioned a new canning line at its Ellora Brewery in Maharashtra, backed by a ₹110 crore investment. The line, expected to be operational in September 2026, will have a capacity of 40,000 cans per hour and is UBL's first canning line at this facility. This expansion aims to strengthen Kingfisher's growth in Maharashtra, meet growing consumer demand for cans, support premiumization, and enhance manufacturing productivity. The new line will initially produce cans for Kingfisher Strong, Kingfisher Premium, Bullet Strong, and London Pilsner, contributing to UBL's strategy of investing ahead of demand and strengthening its manufacturing footprint across India.
