UNO Minda Approves ₹85 Cr Sunroof Expansion, Management Changes

UNO Minda's Board of Directors approved an additional capital investment of approximately ₹85.00 Cr for expanding its Sunroof manufacturing capacity at Bawal, Haryana. This expansion aims to meet increased customer orders and growing demand for advanced sunroof systems, with commissioning expected by Q2 FY28. The Board also approved several changes in Senior Managerial Personnel (SMP), including Nitesh Minda's appointment as CEO-SCS Domain (Designate), Kartikeya Joshi's elevation to Chief Marketing Officer, and Amit Jain's redesignation as Group Chief Growth and Technology Officer. The company also announced its un-audited financial results for the Quarter and Half Year ended September 30, 2026.
