UNO Minda Board Approves ₹85 Cr Sunroof Capacity Expansion

UNO Minda's Board of Directors approved an additional capital investment of approximately ₹85.00 Cr for expanding its Sunroof manufacturing capacity at Bawal, Haryana. This expansion aims to meet increased customer orders and growing demand for advanced sunroof systems. The new capacity is expected to be operational by Q2 FY28. The Board also approved unaudited financial results for Q2 FY27 and H1 FY27, and made several key management changes, including Nitesh Minda's appointment as CEO-SCS Domain (Designate) and Kartikeya Joshi's elevation to Chief Marketing Officer.
