UNO Minda Expands Sunroof Capacity by ₹85 Cr

UNO Minda Ltd announced board approval for an additional capital investment of approximately ₹85.00 Cr to expand its Sunroof manufacturing capacity at Bawal, Haryana. This expansion aims to meet increased customer orders and the growing demand for advanced sunroof systems in the Indian passenger vehicle market. The new capacity is slated for commissioning by Q2 FY28. The company also announced changes in Senior Managerial Personnel, including Nitesh Minda's transition to CEO-SCS Domain, Kartikeya Joshi's elevation to Chief Marketing Officer, and Amit Jain's redesignation as Group Chief Growth and Technology Officer. The board also approved the un-audited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026.
