V-Guard Appoints Mithun K Chittilappilly as Chairperson

V-Guard Industries Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Mr. Mithun K Chittilappilly, the current Managing Director, as the new Chairperson of the Board, effective September 27, 2026. This follows the conclusion of Ms. Radha Unni's second and final term as Chairperson and Independent Director on September 26, 2026. The board also approved the Un-Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, reporting a profit before tax of ₹143.72 crore and a net profit of ₹107.79 crore. Additionally, 23,912 equity shares were allotted under the company's Employee Stock Option Scheme (ESOS 2013).
