Vedant Fashions Reappoints Manish Choksi as Independent Director

Vedant Fashions Limited announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on July 25, 2026, approved the re-appointment of Mr. Manish Mahendra Choksi as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a second term of five years, commencing September 6, 2026. The board also approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and the re-appointment of Mr. Ravi Modi as Chairman and Managing Director, and Mrs. Shilpi Modi as Whole-time Director, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Choksi meets independence criteria and is not disqualified from his role.
