Vedant Fashions Reappoints Shilpi Modi as Whole-time Director

Vedant Fashions Limited announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on July 25, 2026, approved the re-appointment of Mrs. Shilpi Modi as a Whole-time Director. This re-appointment is for a term of five consecutive years, commencing from August 28, 2026, up to August 27, 2031, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Mrs. Modi has confirmed she is not disqualified from holding the directorship. The board also approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and the re-appointment of Mr. Ravi Modi as Chairman and Managing Director, and Mr. Manish Mahendra Choksi as Non-Executive Independent Director.
