Veranda Learning Solutions' promoters, Kalpathi S Aghoram, Kalpathi S Ganesh, and Kalpathi S Suresh, have pledged a total of 1.2 crore equity shares, representing 12.45% of the company's total share capital. The pledge was created on September 19, 2026, in favor of AUTHUM INVESTMENT AND INFRASTRUCTURE LIMITED. This action serves as security for term loan facilities availed by the promoters for their personal financial requirements. Following this event, the total encumbered shares held by the promoters now stand at 2.19 crore shares, or 22.74% of the company's share capital. This disclosure was made under Regulation 31(1) and 31(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
