Vikram Aroma Ltd. to Approve Q4 Results on Feb 10, 2026; Trading Window Closed

Vikram Aroma Ltd. has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on February 10, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended on December 31, 2025. The meeting is in compliance with Regulation 29(1) (a) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Additionally, in accordance with the Company's 'Code of Internal Procedures & Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring & Reporting of trading by Insiders' under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from January 1, 2026, to February 12, 2026 (both days inclusive).
