Voith Paper Fabrics Appoints Asesh Mukherjee as MD for 5 Years

Voith Paper Fabrics India Ltd has announced the appointment of Mr. Asesh Kumar Mukherjee as the Managing Director (CEO for listing regulations) for a term of five years, effective August 26, 2026, to August 25, 2031. This appointment is subject to shareholder approval via postal ballot. Mr. Mukherjee, a seasoned professional with over 3.5 decades of experience in manufacturing-led industries, including paper and paperboard, was recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approved by the Board of Directors. He is not currently a board member or committee member in any other company and is not debarred by any regulatory authority. The Board meeting where this was approved was held on August 26, 2026.
