Voith Paper Fabrics Appoints Asesh Mukherjee as MD for 5 Years

Voith Paper Fabrics India Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Asesh Kumar Mukherjee as the Managing Director (CEO for listing regulations) for a term of five years, effective August 26, 2026, to August 25, 2031. This appointment is subject to shareholder approval via postal ballot. Mr. Mukherjee, a seasoned professional with over 3.5 decades of experience in manufacturing-led industries, including paper and paperboard, holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Jadavpur University and executive education from IIM Bangalore and ISB Hyderabad. He is not currently a board member or committee member in any company and is confirmed not to be debarred by any regulatory authority.
