Waaree Energies Acquires 33.34% Stake in Wictor Sealz

Waaree Energies Ltd. announced the acquisition of a 33.34% stake in Wictor Sealz Private Limited from Vimac Impex Private Limited for a cash consideration of Rs. 33,340/- (3,334 equity shares at Rs. 10/- face value). Following the acquisition, Waaree Energies will further invest ₹5 crore in Wictor Sealz, with a long stop date of March 31, 2027. The acquisition aims to strengthen the company's supply chain integration, reduce dependence on imported solar module sealants, and enhance supply security. Wictor Sealz, incorporated on January 05, 2026, operates in the solar module sealants and specialty chemicals manufacturing industry and is yet to commence business operations. The acquisition is not a related party transaction and is expected to be completed in Financial Year 2026-27.
