Waaree Energies Acquires 33.34% Stake in Wictor Sealz for ₹33,340

Waaree Energies Ltd. has approved the acquisition of 33.34% of Wictor Sealz Private Limited for ₹33,340. The company will also invest an additional ₹5 crore in Wictor Sealz by FY27. This acquisition aims to strengthen Waaree's supply chain integration, reduce reliance on imported solar module sealants, and enhance supply security. Wictor Sealz, incorporated in January 2026, is involved in solar module sealants and specialty chemicals manufacturing but has yet to commence operations. The acquisition is not a related party transaction and is expected to be completed by FY27.
