Welspun Investments Completes VRPL Acquisition

Welspun Investments and Commercials Ltd has announced the completion of its acquisition of 100% equity share capital of Vishwakarma Realty Private Limited (VRPL). The acquisition, initially disclosed on September 1, 2026, involved 50,000 equity shares from promoter group DBG Estates Holdings LLP. VRPL now becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of Welspun Investments, effective September 1, 2026. The company confirmed that VRPL is not a material subsidiary. The acquisition consideration was paid in cash from internal accruals, with no changes to the terms previously disclosed.
