West Leisure appoints 2 Non-Exec Directors & Manager

West Leisure Resorts Ltd announced the approval of three key appointments at its Annual General Meeting held on September 28, 2026. Mr. Satyanarayan Gangadhar Kurry and Mrs. Radha Chotalia were appointed/regularized as Non-Executive Non-Independent Directors, both liable to retire by rotation. Additionally, Ms. Jyoti Shinde was appointed as the Manager of the Company for a period of five years, effective from April 1, 2026. Mr. Kurry brings 30 years of experience in Accounts and Finance, while Mrs. Chotalia has 5 years in Company Secretarial and Accounts. Ms. Shinde, a qualified CA and Law Graduate, has over 15 years of experience in accounts, taxation, audit, and financial reporting.
