West Leisure Appoints 2 Non-Exec Directors & New Manager

West Leisure Resorts Ltd. announced the approval of three key appointments at its Annual General Meeting held on September 28, 2026. Mr. Satyanarayan Gangadhar Kurry and Mrs. Radha Chotalia have been appointed/regularized as Non-Executive Non-Independent Directors, effective from the AGM date and liable to retire by rotation. Mr. Kurry brings 30 years of experience in Accounts and Finance, while Mrs. Chotalia, a Company Secretary and Law graduate, has 5 years of experience in secretarial and accounts. Additionally, Ms. Jyoti Shinde has been appointed as the Manager of the Company for a five-year term, effective April 1, 2026. Ms. Shinde is a Chartered Accountant and Law Graduate with over 15 years of experience in accounts, taxation, audit, and financial reporting.
