WeWork India Management Ltd has entered into an Addendum to its Lease Deed for expansion at its Krishe Emerald, Hyderabad center. The company will lease an additional 31,259 square feet, increasing its operational capacity by approximately 536 desks. This expansion is expected to be operational by July 2026, with an investment of approximately ₹9.80 Crore, financed through internal accruals or debt. The rationale behind this move is to cater to incremental demand and support business growth.
