Wockhardt Ltd has announced the appointment of Mr. Sumit Garg as its Chief Digital & Information Officer (CDIO). This designation also places him within the company's Senior Management Personnel (SMP). Mr. Garg brings over 30 years of experience in technology and transformation leadership across pharmaceuticals, life sciences, FMCG/CPG, and automotive sectors. His expertise includes AI/GenAI, SAP, digital manufacturing, cloud, and cybersecurity. Prior to joining Wockhardt, he held significant roles at Piramal Pharma Solutions and GSK Consumer & Pharma, driving digital transformation and IT strategy.
