Zenith Fibres Sets Record Date for FY26 Dividend

Zenith Fibres Ltd has announced the record date for determining shareholders eligible to receive a dividend for the Financial Year 2025-26. The record date is set for Tuesday, September 22, 2026. The company also scheduled its 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. IST, to be held via Video Conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). At the AGM, the company will seek approval for a dividend of ₹1/- (10%) per equity share, if declared. The dividend will be paid within the statutory period post-declaration.
