Adani Energy Solutions Subsidiary Secures 2,500 MW RTC Power Deal

Adani Energy Solutions Ltd announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Powerpulse Trading Solutions Limited (PTSL), has entered into a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL). This PPA is for the supply of 2,500 MW of Round-the-Clock (RTC) power for a period of 25 years. The rights and obligations for this award were initially issued by MSEDCL to Adani Power Limited (APL) on April 2, 2026, and subsequently assigned to PTSL on September 8, 2026. The agreement aligns with PTSL's expertise in energy aggregation and portfolio management, aiming to strengthen its position in the energy solutions sector.
