BHEL Appoints Auditors for FY 2026-27

Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd (BHEL) has announced the appointment of auditors for the Financial Year 2026-27. This intimation, made pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, follows a communication from the Comptroller & Auditor General of India. The company has appointed M/s K Venkatachalam Aiyer & Co and M/s K S Dua & Co as Joint Statutory Auditors. Additionally, M/s Sanjay Srivastava & Co, M/s Ganesan and Company, M/s Y C R J & Associates, M/s Sarath & Associates, and M/S Venkatram & Co LLP have been appointed as Branch Auditors. M/S Venkatram & Co LLP is a newly appointed auditor for FY 2026-27.
