Comrade Appliances: Open Offer for 26% Stake at ₹35/Share

Corporate Professionals Capital Pvt. Ltd., acting as the Manager to the Offer, has announced an open offer on behalf of Omnia Appliances Private Limited, Graphic Promoters and Developers Private Limited, Amaira Estate Advisors LLP, and MLJ Aeternum LLP. The acquirers intend to purchase up to 26,46,487 equity shares, representing 26.00% of the expanded share capital of Comrade Appliances Limited, at a price of ₹35 per equity share. This offer is made pursuant to SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The expanded share capital is INR 10,17,87,950, divided into 1,01,78,795 equity shares of ₹10 each. The pre-issue share capital was INR 7,77,87,950, representing 77,78,795 equity shares.
