Dr Nidhipati Singhania Acquires 5,000 JK Cement Shares

Dr Nidhipati Singhania has acquired 5,000 equity shares of JK Cement Limited through a gift from his mother, Mrs. Kalpana Singhania, a member of the Promoter Group. This transaction, dated July 27, 2026, is considered an inter-se transfer within the Promoter Group. Following the acquisition, Dr. Singhania's holding increased to 53,728 shares, representing 0.07% of the total share capital. The total equity share capital of JK Cement remains Rs. 77,26,82,510/-.
