SEBI: Search and Seizure at McNally Bharat Engineering Company Registered Office

In accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and pursuant to Warrant of authorization in prescribed Form no 45 issued under section 132 of the Income Tax Act 1961 and Rule 112, a search and seizure operation was conducted at the Registered Office of McNally Bharat Engineering Company Limited by the office of ADIT (Investigations), Kolkata on 10.02.2026. The company has committed to keeping the Stock Exchange informed of any material update arising from this investigation as required by regulatory standards.
