Nanta Tech Limited has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with GM BIOVALLEY SDN BHD to introduce, commercialize, deploy, and develop robotics and automation solutions in Malaysia, Brunei, and Singapore. The agreement aims to leverage Nanta Tech's robotics expertise with GM Biovalley's market development and regional execution capabilities. No upfront consideration was paid or received. The parties may explore granting exclusive or preferential commercial rights and positioning Malaysia as a strategic hub for robotics technologies in Southeast Asia, with potential expansion into the wider ASEAN market.
