Paras Defence signs MoU with Complus, JV Micronics for Anechoic Chambers

Paras Defence and Space Technologies Limited (PARAS) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Complus Systems Pvt. Ltd. and JV Micronics. This collaboration aims to integrate their respective expertise to collaboratively promote and pursue opportunities both in India and internationally. The focus will be on the design, development, manufacturing, installation, and servicing of Anechoic and Semi-Anechoic Chambers. PARAS will serve as the consortium leader, overseeing design, development, manufacturing, installation, and business development activities. Complus Systems will provide technical expertise and engineering support, while JV Micronics will contribute manufacturing and integration services for RF absorbers. This strategic partnership is expected to enhance PARAS's capabilities in a specialized defense and space technology segment.
