Popular Vehicles Whole-Time Director Resigns

Mr. John Kuttukaran Paul, Whole-Time Director of Popular Vehicles and Services Ltd, has resigned from his position effective immediately. The resignation, dated October 8, 2026, is a result of a family settlement agreement among the promoter family, which was previously intimated to the stock exchanges on October 5, 2026. Mr. Paul's departure is to allow him to focus on specific partnerships, educational trusts, and other companies within the family business as per the settlement terms. Management and operational control of the company and its subsidiaries will continue to vest with the continuing promoters, Mr. Francis K. Paul and Mr. Naveen Philip.
