Power Grid Corp Trading Window Closed for Debt Issuance

Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window from Wednesday, June 24, 2026. This closure is to facilitate the consideration and approval of a 'General Information Document' (GID) for the issuance of Powergrid Debentures (Debt Securities/Bonds) in one or more tranches for the fiscal year 2026-27, on a private placement basis. The decision will be made by the 'Committee of Directors for Bonds' in a meeting scheduled for Friday, June 26, 2026. The trading window will remain shut until 48 hours after the declaration of the company's financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026.
