Rajeswari Infra Appoints KMKU & Associates as Statutory Auditor

Rajeswari Infrastructure Ltd has appointed M/s. KMKU & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as the Statutory Auditor of the Company for five consecutive financial years from 2024 to 2029. The appointment was approved by the Monitoring Committee on March 28, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. This decision was made during the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) period, with the Monitoring Committee overseeing the implementation and supervision of the Resolution Plan.
