REC: Rajiv Ranjan Jha ceases to be Director

REC Ltd announced a change in its Board of Directors. Shri Rajiv Ranjan Jha, who served as a Nominee Director representing Power Finance Corporation Limited (PFC), has ceased to be a Director of REC. This change is effective from May 1, 2026, following his superannuation from PFC services on April 30, 2026. The intimation was made in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
