Source Natural Foods Incorporates Wholly Owned Solar Subsidiary

Source Natural Foods and Herbal Supplements Ltd has announced the incorporation of its wholly-owned subsidiary, SN Solar Mangaluru Private Limited, on August 31, 2026. The new entity has an authorized capital of ₹10,00,000 and a paid-up capital of ₹1,00,000. SN Solar Mangaluru Private Limited is established to develop, implement, own, operate, and maintain grid-connected Solar PV power projects. The incorporation is part of the company's strategic move into the green and renewable energy sector. The subscription of shares in the subsidiary will be through cash consideration.
