Sterlite Technologies Signs $288M Long-Term Contract with Hyperscaler

Sterlite Technologies Limited (STL) has secured a significant long-term supply agreement with a leading international hyperscaler. The contract, valued at approximately USD 288 Million, spans three calendar years from 2027 to 2029, with an option for a two-year extension. Under the agreement, STL will supply high-density optical fibre cable products as per customer specifications. The contract also includes provisions for periodic purchase orders and a reciprocal risk-sharing framework for demand and supply fluctuations. This deal underscores STL's growing role in the global digital infrastructure market.
