UCO Bank: Hari Har Mishra Appointed as Director

Shri Hari Har Mishra has been nominated as a Director on the Board of UCO Bank, replacing Shri Sudhir Shyam, effective May 13, 2026. The nomination was made by the Central Government under the Banking Companies Act of 1970. Shri Sudhir Shyam ceases to be a Director from the same date. Shri Hari Har Mishra is currently serving as Additional Secretary in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Financial Services and is not debarred from holding the office of Director.
