Vedant Fashions Reappoints Ravi Modi as CMD for 5 Years

Vedant Fashions Limited announced that its Board of Directors has approved the reappointment of Mr. Ravi Modi as Chairman & Managing Director for a further term of five years, commencing August 28, 2026, up to August 27, 2031. This reappointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Mr. Modi has confirmed he is not disqualified from holding the directorship. The board also approved the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and the reappointment of Mrs. Shilpi Modi as Whole-time Director and Mr. Manish Mahendra Choksi as Non-Executive Independent Director.
