Leading Leasing Finance Appoints New Chairman, Director Resigns

Leading Leasing Finance And Investment Company Ltd announced a change in its leadership. Mr. Sandesh Subhash Namase has been appointed as Director (Non-Executive) and Chairperson, effective October 6, 2026, subject to regulatory and shareholder approval. Concurrently, Mr. Deepak Saushi resigned from his positions as Non-Executive Director and Chairperson on the same date, citing pre-occupancy and other commitments. Mr. Saushi confirmed no other material reasons for his resignation.
